Request Account & Data Deletion

Introduction

This page explains how to delete data stored on your own device by the Raha Kids app, and how to ask EMRSVE LLC to delete information we hold about you. For a full explanation of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

If You Use the Raha Kids App

The Raha Kids app does not currently require creating an account, and no personal information is stored on our servers through the app itself. Anything the app saves, such as your settings or game progress, stays only on your own device. You can permanently delete this information yourself, at any time, without contacting us:

On Android: open Settings > Apps > Raha Kids > Storage, then tap Clear storage, or simply uninstall the app.
On iOS: press and hold the Raha Kids app icon and choose Delete App, or go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Raha Kids > Delete App.

Either action permanently removes all app data stored on that device.

Raha Kids does not yet have an account system. If we introduce accounts or paid subscriptions in a future update, this page will be updated to include an in-app and automated way to delete an account and its associated data, in line with Google Play's requirements.

If You've Signed Up on Our Website

If you subscribed to our newsletter, sent us a message through our contact form, or otherwise shared information with us through the Raha Kids website, you can ask us to delete it using the form below.

Request Deletion

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

إذا كنت تستخدم تطبيق راحة كيدز

لا يتطلب تطبيق راحة كيدز حالياً إنشاء حساب، ولا يتم تخزين أي معلومات شخصية على خوادمنا عبر التطبيق نفسه. أي بيانات يحفظها التطبيق، مثل إعداداتك أو تقدّمك في اللعبة، تبقى فقط على جهازك الخاص. يمكنك حذف هذه المعلومات نهائياً بنفسك، في أي وقت، دون الحاجة للتواصل معنا:

على أندرويد: افتح الإعدادات < التطبيقات < راحة كيدز < التخزين، ثم اضغط على مسح التخزين، أو قم ببساطة بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
على iOS: اضغط مطوّلاً على أيقونة تطبيق راحة كيدز واختر حذف التطبيق، أو اذهب إلى الإعدادات < عام < مساحة تخزين iPhone < راحة كيدز < حذف التطبيق.

يؤدي أي من الإجراءين إلى إزالة جميع بيانات التطبيق المخزّنة على ذلك الجهاز بشكل نهائي.

لا يوجد لدى راحة كيدز حالياً نظام حسابات. وإذا أضفنا حسابات أو اشتراكات مدفوعة في تحديث مستقبلي، ستُحدَّث هذه الصفحة لتشمل طريقة آلية داخل التطبيق لحذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات Google Play.

طلب الحذف

نسعى لمعالجة طلبات الحذف خلال 30 يوماً. قد نحتفظ بمعلومات محدودة عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك، أو لحل النزاعات، أو لتطبيق اتفاقياتنا.
